Gus from EweMove has been exceptional. From the start he's been friendly, professional & approachable. The process of buying house seemed daunting however Gus was happy to talk me through the processes and answer all (I had many) questions I had. He made it easy to arrange viewings and made the offer process smooth rather than stressful! He made it clear from the start that he was available anytime of day 7 days a week to send ant queries i had. This has since been tested a Sunday afternoon and true to his word i got a reply in minutes! I would highly recommend Gus to anyone looking to buy a house in the Hinckley (and surrounding) area. If the day comes when we are looking to sell our house i will certainly be checking to see if Gus is still available.

Gus was the best. From the beginning, creating a fantastic listing, and generating massive amounts of interest in our house, all the way to the end where he worked the hardest to keep our chain together through a very difficult exchange process (other parts of chain not being on the ball). I've never had an agent that is as easy to communicate with as Gus, answering texts very late at night at times which suited us the clients. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and I would recommend him to anybody. We bought our house from sellers using Gus and have now sold the same house with him, so have seen how hard he works from both sides of the transaction.

Been looking at buying my first home with my partner, had 12 viewings altogether with different agents. It's no coincidence we ended up buying a house through Gus at Ewemove Hinckley. We experienced the whole spectrum of agents: pushy ones, lazy ones, rude ones and straight incompetent ones, but from the very beginning Gus was brilliant, called me shortly after I sent the viewing request, extremely flexible, even coming in on his day off (Sunday) to allow us to view without taking time off work. We couldn't get access to the garage during the viewing so he made us a full schematic of all the measurements and a video of the inside of the garage, as well as a video of the house, which we found very useful. Gus was extremely quick with taking our offer to the vendor and we had the offer accepted (subject to proof of funds) within two hours. From there Gus has kept in constant contact with us giving us advice and updates, as well as answering my inane questions at all hours! After renting for a few years at uni and after graduating I had zero confidence in agents, but Gus at Ewemove has been incredible, couldn't recommend this agency enough
