I recently bought my first home through Petty Son and Prestwich and couldn't have had a better experience. Getting on the property ladder for the first time seemed very daunting but the team in Buckhurst Hill made the whole process as enjoyable and exciting as I've always imagined buying your first home should be. Viewing properties with other estate agents quite often left me feeling disappointed as they didn't seem to care at all; like they wanted to be anywhere else but showing me around. When I met Catherine for the first time she was so warm and friendly and I immediately fell in love with the flat that I ended up purchasing. I know there is a movement towards using online estate agents but, from a buyer’s perspective, having a personable point of contact who lives locally makes all the difference. Everyone I have spoken to at Petty Son were friendly and seem to genuinely care, not only about their seller, but their buyer too. When they called to tell me that everything had gone through and that the keys were ready to be picked up they were so happy for me. Their customer service is fautless and they really take the time to add the tiny, personal touches that make you feel valued. I think after this experience, I wouldn’t choose any one else to sell a property for me and would recommend them to everyone I know.
