Goodchilds, Brownhills have managed our 7-8 rental properties for several years and overall the service has been mediocre to poor, but we have put up with it as we have had other business interests taking up our time.

Hello Mr Rowley , Firstly I am sorry to hear you feel this way. Our terms of business have not changed and unfortunately this does include a fee chargeable to yourself for going direct with the tenant. We have discussed this matter with you and offered you different tailored landlord packages to try and help with this but we were still advised you would like to go direct with the tenant. We are under the impression that this situation is still in negotiations and we are awaiting a reply from yourself in regards to what you would like to do involving the property/tenancy in question. As you have stated we do currently manage 7-8 our your properties and have done for a couple of years and this is the first we were aware that you were not happy with our service.
