Goodchilds deleted my review due it being the truth!! They ended up being terrible letting agents. Lie constantly about everything, most the staff have bad attitudes and with held deposit refund until 5:15 on the final day just to be petty! Managing director is just as bad with the way she speaks to tenants, guessing the staff lead by example. Ring you instead of emailing you to avoid email trails of their attitude towards you Dont work in a customer facing job if you dont like dealing with people.

Hello L T, we work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. It's discouraging to see that you had a negative experience. Just to confirm we are not able to delete any review so i'm not sure what happened there? I responded to your emails same day and i followed that up with a phone call to yourself to answer questions you may have had. I also know you were dealing with head office who confirmed the timescale of when your deposit was to be returned and you were not happy that with they said either. We do feel we acted as quickly as possible and kept you informed on a daily basis.
