Would be 0 but that isn’t an option! Absolutely appalling service! Complete lack of communication! Blatantly lied to our faces and the only reason why we knew we hadn’t got the house was because we had driven past and seen a sold sign! We have completely lost faith in them as an estate agent and has put us off viewing houses that have them as the agents, will definitely not be recommending to friends and family!
