From the perspective of potential buyers, we felt respected and supported in our decision. I think the service provided might have been half of the reason we loved the house. The way in which they sell houses, it feels like they really care. It didn’t seem like just an asset but a future home and there’s a degree of appreciation that what they are selling had been someone’s childhood, life, work, etc. We were offered continued reassurance, support, efficiency to an impressive level, information but most importantly, we were welcomed in a genuine way. There was no hard sell, expectation or rush, it was a clear illustration of what would be best practice in the world of estate agents. If you’re looking to sell a home, honestly these guys are great. If you’re buying a home, you’d be lucky to have these guys.
