We have been arranging appointments and viewings through Robert Oulsnam in Bromsgrove looking to move. Having spoken to most of the Estate Agents now in the area, Oulsnam are superb. Quick to respond, professional and have done the groundwork on the property so can answer questions, they also never shy away from feedback, good or bad. So if you are not the top bidder, they let you know why and are really helpful. They always return a phone call. The market has been tricky at the level we are purchasing at, but we actually now look forward to an Oulsnam house viewing. Special thanks to Peter who is just lovely. Superb customer service from this team and it is appreciated.

I bought my shared ownership house from Oulsams in Bromsgrove. I couldn't fault them. Very helpful and explained everything very well as buying property was all new to me. Would recommend them to family and friends.
