I’m so grateful to the team at Bacon and Co - Broadwater, for their tireless efforts to lead our sale and support the end to end process. Jake Cockerton initially valued our property and lead the process from start to finish. He was friendly and professional and explained everything really clearly. He was only ever a phone call away and was happy to help with any questions. He was able to help drive forward progress throughout the chain when things started to slow down. He regularly communicated with us and made sure we were kept up to date. Natalie was also extremely helpful and supportive and was happy to help us with any questions. The team booked 14 viewings for our property on one day which meant things weren’t too unsettling for our family and I’m very grateful for this! The agent who lead the viewings (sorry I don’t know his name) throughout the open day was also very friendly and welcoming and reassured us in the morning of the open house. He obviously did a great job as we had 4 offers in one day! We will only ever use Jake and the team at Bacon because of the above.
