absolutely appalling.

Against my better judgement I decided to let my house through Haart. Other agencies quoted a rent of 1400 a month but Haart said that 1150 a month would ensure a quick let. I wanted this in order to make the upcoming mortgage payment so I accepted the deal. The only stipulation I made was that no one should move into my property until the funds had been deposited into my account., Haart agreed that the money would be transferred on the day of moving. This didn't happen. They then said that the money would be transferred within two working days. This didn't happen. Six days later and I have a family living in my home, My money is still with Haart who have refused to accelerate the process and I have missed a mortgage payment for the first time in five years. The only people happy with this arrangement are Haart and the tenants.. I was lied to over the phone on several occasions and I now have to take steps to remove the tenants asap.
