Very satisfied with the service from Miles and Barr, especially Lucy- she was fantastic at rectifying issues that were present in the property, she was always quick to respond and things just plain and simply got sorted. Our landlord was fantastic too, no complaints there at all. I would strongly recommend Miles and Barr to first time renters or anyone needing a good home, the service was truly beyond 5 stars. -From personal experience, this is the best property agent I have dealt with and would not hesitate to use again in the future.

I recently bought and sold through this agent .I was very impressed at valuation by the manner and knowledge of the valuer who advised me on a price very accurately. I was interested to see that all functions of the agent are divided into special teams so I was passed onto another team who visited to familiarize themselves with the property. They were courteous and thoughtful. Viewings were arranged well in advance and at my convenience. A different member of staff handled progress of the sale. I was impressed that every member of every team was professional and friendly. I have never dealt with an estate agent who works like this. The workers are all youthful and smart and a pleasure to deal with. I would use them again if ever I sold a property and recommend them highly I was just as pleased with the service i received when buying at the same time through this agent. Again good communication and a very professional service . It seems that whether buying or selling through this branch of the agent they offer a superlative service , I have bought and sold many times in UK and France and this is the best agent I have come across.
