I viewed a number of properties with Max Squires and having met with a number of agents on my property search, I can safely say that Max was easily the best of the agents that I have dealt with. Great local knowledge, open to discussions on potential concerns with properties, speaks to you easily and honestly as another person rather than being full of sales lines as other agents seem to be. It really was a pleasure to meet Max and view each property. Also a mention to Hermione who arranged my viewings as she was really easy to liaise with and again speaks to you with genuine personality and not a rehearsed sales line speech. It really does make a difference speaking to people you feel you can connect with. I'd definitely recommend Miles & Barr for viewings. They also seem to have the best selection of properties in the Broadstairs area.

I was calling up to enquire about some properties but also needed general guidance on the market and mortgage rates. I was treated wonderfully by Hermione who was highly proactive in reaching out to me directly to put me in contact with a solid mortgage advisor/broker. Hermione was also able to answer all of my other questions, being very patient and kind despite my rambling!

Met with Phil today and viewed 3 properties. Phil was early for the first viewing and had already opened up, which included the balcony door to present the property at its best. Phil was very friendly, and knowledgeable about each of the properties, and was an excellent source of advice and information, about the area and each of the potential sales.
