We are currently dealing with Miles and Barr in Broadstairs, in particular Steve and Dan. When providing Steve with a description of what we were looking for, he suggested that we viewed a property they had literally just taken on their books. It was so new that photos had not even been taken but Steve said he felt it was what we were looking for. So, we decided to trust his skill and expertise and went and viewed the property, essentially blind. Steve was not wrong, the property ticked all of our boxes and we instantly knew it was the one. We cancelled all other views we had arranged with other agents and made an offer. Dan was amazing negotiating with us and the sellers and by the end of the day our offer was accepted. We immediately put our property on the market with Miles and Barr and by the next morning, again before any photos have even been taken, Steve already had a viewing arranged. Although we are at the early stages of selling and buying with Miles and Barr, we can not fault the service that has been provided.
