Contracted to miles and Barr for 20 weeks and in that time had minimal viewings which resulted in us reducing our price three times. Admittedly this was due to market forces but even doing this we had next to zero interest. Luckily we had viewings right at the very end of the contract when miles and Barr were about to lose us, which resulted in us accepting an offer. The staff at Miles and Barr seemed friendly and professional but certainly weren’t proactive in pushing our property and getting buyers round until they were about to lose us. If we hadn’t sold at that last minute, we were all set up ready to move to an alternative estate agency. The successful viewing, and subsequent 2nd and 3rd viewings were all managed by Phil who was very friendly and professional, and we feel helped to clinch the deal - so many thanks to Phil.
