My husband and myself decided to go with Miles and Barr Broadstairs to sell our property, it proved a lot more difficult than we expected. Our first sale fell through thanks to the buyer at the bottom of the chain pulling out 9 days before exchange. No explanation or thought for anyone else in the chain. Our second sale has exchanged and completed but this was not without stress and worry due to the bottom of the chain again going silent and not responding to emails or phone calls. Thankfully we exchanged and completed in 2 days. We cannot Thank the manager Dan and his team in Broadstairs enough for their continued support and patience with us. We must have rang at least twice a day for weeks on end trying to make the sale happen. Sarah and Hermione were always happy to see us in the office on one of our many visits. A very big Thank you has to go to Nadine, our sales chaser for want of a better word. She was amazing and did everything she could to get the sale through and she did it. We are not sure who was happier it was over, Nadine or ourselves. It was a roller coaster ride for 18 months but we got there. If we were ever going to sell or buy again we would not hesitate to go with Miles and Barr. They really were outstanding.
