Google surely not delete/block my amened review reply to Martin & co Brighton Letting agents Initial of they left the review as SB then when i posted themselves own revew also under SB how dodgy that when pointed out i notice review renamed to CSB in an hour or so and then again later in day changed to Local Brighton? why if genuine and nothing to hide ...it makes it appear iffy? S B 2 reviews a month ago Positive: Professionalism This team helped me move into a new place just before lockdown and Martin and Gina were very helpful during this process! Once all moved in, the after care was fantastic with Emma supporting us too. Would recommend this team to both landlords and tenants! 5* all the above after reply to their bad review with this as they come acroos as cold hearted and bullies Had misfortune of doing business with this letting agent team, at first seemed ok if bit pushy and demanding …sales/lettings for you… not nice people in the end and quick to only think of their business no consideration of who they are dealing with I quoted them for double student beds, they asked for the cheapest … and I explained do not do really cheap ones …and had quoted single prices in error (been closed for covid for a few months and was not in shop walking to van so quoted off the top of my head) I said I would honour price this one time as new business and I had quoted so my error. for ( no. close to 40) St James Avenue of £165 for each double bed base and mattress x 4 Few weeks went by and factory who makes the beds re-closed ..so informed them i may need to tweak order little, colour or size of one of the three beds from double to small double (all same price and quality) or I said can offer 1 bed of a little more quality, however as they were already under paying by £100's i said i would need to add 20-30 difference if we did need to change the one set if the factory not open in time. You need to bear in mind this supplier is 80% of my entire livelihood and the worry of 100's of staff there some I have know for 10 years could be at risk of serious illness and maybe worse…I was some what shocked at their reply ...they have said cant put and had removed and threaten legal action in summary said was a pain, not willingly to go to client and give them options i offered as that’s what we’ve promised client already & had written up in tenancy up. and so its bit disappointing! ☹️ No mention or concern for me or the staff factory …all just about them …so I sorry if my reply of Your disappointed …it is my livelihood and not in my control and tired to offer solutions is not good enough (for your cold heartless team not in reply but should of been)… So I do not care if you write bad review not even with courage putting company name or your and just SB and say you will never do business with me again, as I am more than happy not to have such self-centred people with no concern for anyone but themselves darken my door …. I only like to deal with human beings who care for all peoples situations and not just them or their profits at the expense of their customers or those doing business with health and risk during these stressful & risky times of covid 19..
