Lawton and Dawe have been such good agents to rent with. Compared to previous agents that I've rented through and stories I've heard from others, I genuinely think that Lawton & Dawe is the best I have encountered so far. They have really catered to mine and my housemates' needs and concerns, are quick to respond and fix any issues, and they were also so great in being malleable with contracts and replacing furniture before moving in. Lawton and Dawe - as the below reviews convey are a unique breed of Estate Agent. We rented a student property through them and they were both professional and empathetic throughout. They were patient with our registration and did not hound us for a holding deposit. They invited us for subsequent viewings to individually ask tenants what furniture they wanted in their rooms and they even retro-fitted the kitchen to increase storage space. Lawton and Dawe, alongside our Landlord have been fantastic and I would recommend them without reservation.
