Lawton and Dawe have been such good agents to rent with. Compared to previous agents that I've rented through and stories I've heard from others, I genuinely think that Lawton & Dawe is the best I have encountered so far. They have really catered to mine and my housemates' needs and concerns, are quick to respond and fix any issues, and they were also so great in being malleable with contracts and replacing furniture before moving in. Also, Pippa and Didi are such lovely people and so friendly! 10/10 would definitely recommend Lawton & Dawe!
