At the end of the contract, a big chunk of the caution was kept with very little justification. Disappointed

As per your tenancy agreement the property is to be returned in the same condition as it was given to you in, unfortunately this did not happen and therefore this has led to end of tenancy charges on your deposit. Please note that these charges can be disputed through the TDS if you feel they are unfair.
