S&S worked as a great team, and really showed they had our best interests at heart, in the way they negotiated our sale and their sound advice. They seemed to get the balance just right, giving assistance to the buyer to view the house with builders etc, but pushing on when things seemed to slow, to bring the sale to a great conclusion.
