We had Nick from Wilkie May & Tuckwood around to value our house in Cannington. He was very positive about our house and we agreed on the value. He then gave us breathing time to decide what we wanted to do. Then 2 days later we rang them and agreed to let Wilkie May & Tuckwood market our house. They did some great photos and presented the details to a high standard. Once it was on the market they would ring every other day to tell us if people were showing interest in our property. Then on the first viewing a young couple said they wanted to make an offer which was a little under the asking price. But because they were first time buyers and had no property to sell. We accepted their offer. From being to end Nick and Jeremy were excellent in putting us first and making sure we were happy. They both kept saying we work for you and we want to make the selling of your lovely house something to remember a happy smooth sell. They were true to their word.
