Since Tristrams became the letting agent for my property I have dealt with a few, very competent employees there, but since I have been allocated a single point of contact (Georgia Boot) I could not be happier. In the 5 years that I have been letting property through an agent I have not come across a tenancy manager as professional and so on the ball, quick and efficient to respond to any issue, easy or more problematic, than Georgia is.

Tristram’s have been a pleasure to help secure an apartment for me and my partner to let. We originally went to view a different property with Alex but due to circumstances out of his control, we were actually unable to view this as the landlord had decided to let out the property and not inform Tristrams at all, Alex however recommended a different property in the same area that had just come up so me and my partner decided to book a viewing for the very next day. We went to view the apartment and found it to be the perfect size for the two of us and had that “this is the place” moment. After viewing we contacted Alex and he helped us secure it that very same day with the landlord. Couldn’t recommend Tristrams or Alex enough! :)
