So far in the last couple years ive been witht the agency, it has been good. It does take time to do some repairs but that may be due to landlord more than the agency. Most staff is lovely, But in the last month i've really needed the support of the agency and there is was lady called Nicole. She is brill and nothing was too much for her. Shes very quick at responding too.

After speaking with the letting agency Thomas Collighan has been very helpful with the whole process and with helping to get everything done efficiently as I needed the property with quite short notice. I feel I have had all the advice and help I have needed and I would most definitely recommend.

Rented the property for years with no end of issues and little to non support from the original Estate agents made to feel like we were trouble tenants. Tristrams took over and within months all the issues had been resolved. Information was provided every step of the way and we was made to feel like we could approach them with any issues.
