tiam came to do a flat check today. she rang ahead of time to give me a time frame of when she would arrive. Once she got here she was very kind and friendly explained everything she was going to do and asked if i had any concerns. Told her about the heating and she messaged someone straight away to get it sorted. Overall very friendly and helpful.
