Absolutely shocking agency, do not provide essential information to their tenants which results in students not being able to navigate basics when moving into a property. Also poor communication between one another when leasing properties, seem to take your money then ignore you for the foreseeable future. Have to hound them for any sort of updates. i have had a really bad experience with them and I would not recommend them to anybody.
