Feedback about tristram's . First time we are renting a property in UK as first visit of us. Good thing We almost stayed for 2 years. Any kind of maintenance the Tristram agency(location derby) used to solve it but any very fast! Especially our tenancy manager was Georgia was very kind. When we left the property before the agreement expired (genuine reason) Georgia took time to understand the landlord and because of her without any extra money we were able to change. Also my landlord was very kind person never changed any rent for almost 2 years (in today;'s market inflation), thank you very much sir!. Bad thing The agency don't work on Saturday/Sunday if any issues on weekends then we might need to wait till business days but this is common across all agency! so can't blame them. Overall we are very much satisfied and thankful to the agency (Special thanks Georgia!) and the landlord.
