Awful. I have tried to book viewings and they keep sending me the wrong confirmation emails with the wrong times. When I call to follow up, no one responds or takes responsibility and no apology given. So far my impression of them is very bad. Absolutely no accountability and I will never deal with them again.

Hello Claude, I am really sorry to hear this, I have searched our system, and we have no-one registered under your name or anything similar, so I am not sure how you could be receiving the wrong confirmation emails several times. If you could please supply me with the property address of which you were receiving wrong confirmation emails about I will look into this further for you. Regards, Fraser.
