Me and my fiancee are planning to move in together. We both have pets so we're making sure the property will allow pets before applying. We found an interesting property on Tristrams but when we enquired about it we were shut down straight away because the landlord requires people over 40. I believe this was totally unfair and should've been listed on the website. I emailed my review of the service to tristrams and I did get a call back and the lady tried to explain that its not the companies requirement but the landlords. I think it's still unfair that people below 40 are discriminated against like this. While I understand its not the companies fault, they should've listed the requirements on the website. When I told the lady this over the phone she said its not a legal requirement. The reason for my review is so people are aware that the description of the properties Tristrams are letting aren't full or accurate because all other properties I've seen mention basic things such as if pets are allowed.
