I write to record how impressed I was with the professional handling of my contact about our central heating breakdown. Both Lizzie and Katie were professional and friendly and arranged for Mike the the plumber to come over the same evening to fix the problem. He needed to come again but was able to restore heating fore us. He was such a decent man and a pleasure to have in the house.
