I was so glad the property I really liked was with Tristams. When I wanted to go ahead with one of their properties, Lauren (from Tristams) got the ball rolling quickly and fairly- not taking money until the property could definitely be ours. There were no hidden costs and Lauren was always easy to contact. In the space of two weeks, I have seen the flat on Rightmove, viewed, shown interest, applied, secured and moved in. It's been such positive experience. Tristams really do want to just help find you the right place and make the process as convenient and easy as possible. I couldn't recommend Tristams more, they've been brilliant and have made what was quite a daunting experience so much easier.
