I have been with Tristram f as a landlord or a few years. I have had different tenants rent my property during that time. When dealing with an agency one tends to communicate with the same agents as they get to know the tenants ; property and are best at communicating with them. I have been lucky to have been communicating with Chloe Lindo(property manager) for most of the time. She has been very prompt and very efficient in dealing with any matters arising, in particular, at forming good and positive relations with tenants and hence good outcomes as a result of her communication skills. I have recently been communicating with Liam Kavanaugh who has also proved to be excellent and very helpful. In my experience, any estate agency would be stronger with such staff.
