We have just completed our house purchase through Tristram's and were impressed with their services- very personable staff, always at hand with updates. Liam in particular has been very helpful- from the Saturday viewing through passing the happy news of our offer being accepted to handing us the keys. He also referred us to solicitors which saved us time researching who to go with to acquire the property. Being first time buyers we really appreciated his calm and collected manner. We even got to meet the sellers and see the house twice more after the initial viewing! A very happy experience indeed.
