After finding the house we really liked online, we contacted Tristams and completed their simple questionnaire. Within the hour we got a call and an email about viewing the property. Fortunately we got a viewing the next day. The viewing was friendly and we were made to feel comfortable from the minute we stepped in. We rang to get the application put in on the Saturday and by the Tuesday we were accepted subject to references. This has been the most simple, straight forward move ever experienced!
