This is a very friendly letting agent, Cora and Ellie who dealt with our application were really helpful and prompt to respond and pass on questions to the Landlady. The online portal for referencing was ok and when i had issues with getting some references uploaded they were happy to have them sent direct to them to be uploaded. From application to securing the property took only about a week.
