I have been looking recently for suitable rented accommodation to move from Bristol to Nottingham. I made an initial enquiry re applying for a property and the follow up by Luke at Tristrams has been excellent. I was sent a video tour of the property, invited to view it and kept informed via phone, email and text. I was so impressed I rang him back which I wouldn't normally do and after a brief and efficient chat about what I'm looking for and the timeframe I will look at any properties he sends me in future.
