Avoid this company, if you are a tenant. All the good reviews are from the landlord. I have booked a room and paid a deposit. I also got email from Vouch(Company they use for tenancy applications) saying the application is complete. The day before my move in date, they have decided to not give me room because landlord gave it to someone else. I was furious but i said okay show me what else is available and person called luke was supposed to show me the house. I went there no one turned up. Something like that happened when i went to view other properties through this agency. Once they didn't have keys to the property and were turned away. The company ask for reviews before you even apply and they put you in very awkward position not to leave a review. Most of the positive reviews are from landlords. If you students, avoid this company at all.
