Used to be a good estate agent now they don’t call you back just a waste of time calling them or waiting for them to call you back go somewhere else better estate agents than these lot

I have tried to rent a property a few times.. bad experience every time, customer service is pants. no one every replys to you. so yes I'm a little annoyed today but more so that the manager wouldn't speak to me and now not returned my call. prob knowing there procedure was wrong...I was told I was first on a list to view a property ( would have been perfect) but they didn't have keys back. so today a week on I called to chase it up... oh sorry its unavailable and an application all ready put in ... how when i still haven't viewed it....

Appaullng!!!! Had a viewing at Wilmer drive, turned up 10 mins early rang them, told them was here and they said agent on his way 20 mins later no show rang up just to be told same again and promise of I will ring you straight back, 45 mins later no show, the sellers need to be aware of these shenanigans!

Phoned yesterday wanting a price for a property in Bradford 5.the receptionist could not get through to the sales staff so left number with receptionist who wanted my number so somebody could ring me back. Nobody phoned me back so I phoned again this morning the receptionist stated everybody was in a meeting I need to phone after 9.30. I complained a little stating I only need the price but nevermind I did phone again but still the receptionist could not get through this time I was very upset and stated this to the receptionist she stated definitely someone would ring back but I am still waiting. I will not be ringing again if they are that bad in replying to you. if I did buy a house I would get no where trying to arrange an appointment for viewing
