Very bad experience with Whitegates Bradford agent. Be careful!

Phoned yesterday wanting a price for a property in Bradford 5.the receptionist could not get through to the sales staff so left number with receptionist who wanted my number so somebody could ring me back. Nobody phoned me back so I phoned again this morning the receptionist stated everybody was in a meeting I need to phone after 9.30. I complained a little stating I only need the price but nevermind I did phone again but still the receptionist could not get through this time I was very upset and stated this to the receptionist she stated definitely someone would ring back but I am still waiting. I will not be ringing again if they are that bad in replying to you. if I did buy a house I would get no where trying to arrange an appointment for viewing

Okay, so not only did they attempt to try to keep the bond of a previous tenant and push costs from BEFORE their tenancy - who I managed to protect. Then they simply breached their contract and allowed contractors to carry out jobs without asking for quotes, and then not even inspecting if the work was carried out. Pushed the invoices over to me and expected to pay despite the jobs not having the landlords authorisation!! A decent and professional agent would always ASK for a contractor quote and run it by a landlord if they valued their client. Huge internal staff training and management alert with this branch. How would anyone like an invoice just shoved into their face and expected to pay?

I recently sold my property in bradford and used Whitegates. The service was appalling. Karen bibi was rude and obnoxious. I will not be using this estate agent again and would not recommend them either.
