1 bedroom apartment to rentKennedy House, Crown Row, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 - Viewed property to find on-line pictures are from months ago , the pictures are not accurate . Its full of damp . The agent knew had damp problems , which was evident on walls , Wasted time and money viewing the property.

Not impressed..calling after being told I have another Estate Agent looking after me I stated calls were bordering the line of Harassment. What part of ' No ' did they not get ??? Ps I said bordering Harassment that is not swearing..the staff did not get the message No thank you three time.. so dont lie please .

They are still charging disproportionate set-up fees, despite the fact that they will be illegal in just 5 days. Unbelievable attitude. Besides the fact that they didn't clarify what exactly was despicted under that huge nonsense £533 fee, they were not customer friendly at all. Not cost-effective whatsoever. These miserable people cannot be trusted.

And this is only because I can't leave zero stars. Lettings team have no understanding of legal matters and incorrectly quote ARLA and the law. They hold themselves out to be experts with limited knowledge and are the most unethical estate agent I have ever worked with. Landlords I would strongly advise to avoid DY as they are not interested in maintaining any sort of professional relationship but rather a high turnover of tenants. As you can see below from the ridiculous reply below they have no interest in customer service. It was us who terminated working with DY due to their incompetence and failure to admit they are in the wrong.

Very poor telephone manner. And I'm not sure what part of a probate sale is 'fantastic' despite the agent repeating this to me several times!
