Brilliant service from start to finish. We rent a house and whole process went smooth

I bought my house through Duncan Yeardley in 2007 and have rented it out through them over the last couple of years. Great estate agents with very knowledgable letting staff, Maureen in particular, who look out for both landlord and tenant and provide an excellent service.

We have bought and sold via Duncan Yeardley recently and the team have been absolutely fantastic in their approach and keeping us updated at all times. It was a bumpy ride at times due to the big chain but everything was solved in professional manner. Particular thanks to Lucy who worked hard to get the pieces to fall into place. All calls were returned quickly and emails responded to as same. Would rate them 5* and definitely would choose this agency again.

We were very happy with the service we got from Duncan Yeardley. They sold our property before it even got on RightMove, and then when those buyers ended up pulling out (no fault at all of DY) they managed the whole thing very well and had already lined up new buyers by the time we were fully aware of the situation! The sale then went pretty smoothly and along the way they were always friendly, communicative, and helpful, never pushy - overall a much more positive experience than we've had with other estate agents. We would definitely recommend them!
