I've been on the other receiving end of a disappointing outcome with Duncan Yeardley, but admittedly their service has been more than satisfying. My goal was to rent one of their advertised properties. I was shown around the property by Jessica and we quickly came to a satisfying conclusion. It must also be said that the option for a Saturday viewing was highly appreciated. A holding deposit was quickly made, and I supplied references. DY uses the Let Alliance service to liase between agencies and provide a non-biased recommendation, unfortunately for me that referencing recommendation returned unexpectedly negative.Concluding this I have been requested not to seek further servicing by DY as a result - as it stands they are unable to service me, but a big thank you for Pamela & Jessica for their high standard of service and always friendly response.Regardless of the outcome of my personal experience I would still recommend DY as they are quick to respond, and the process of renting a property is made welcoming & easy as long as you pass the referencing checks

Jessica Downes was extremely helpful and friendly during our house move. She got things done quickly and was always available to take my call should I have a query. We had a relatively complicated situation and she managed to uncomplicate it and help us in moving into our new home which we love. We also dealt with Pamela Devlin through the referencing process and Tenancy agreement. She was very patient with me through all the many questions I had and I’m very grateful to her for always being so positive and helpful.As an industry professional myself I’ve come across my share of unprofessional and unbothered agents. This was not the case with Duncan Yeardley, I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to move or let their property.
