They took on the work and their management did not intrude into my life. That's all I could ask for. When selling the house for me they took it on, managed the sale around both COVID19 and the needs of the existing tenant, working closely with me, the tenant, and the buyer's chain to hold the sale together in remarkably difficult circumstances. After Being with another estate agent for 20 +2 weeks we have had a totally different experience with Duncan Yeardley. Really appreciate the way we have been treated by Duncan Yeardley’s staff. The sales staff have been absolutely amazing they’ve kept us informed every step of the way. Always greeted with a warm welcome they leave your house as they found it after a viewing and they accommodate pets and take their feelings into consideration as they are part of our families. The team give regular progress reports following Sold STC Caution: would advise one requests one member of staff keeps one in the loop as we did get conflicting info nearer the end of the purchase from other members of staff. Would Definitely recommend that one uses Duncan Yeardley to sell one’s property *****
Following two purchases falling through as a FTB, I contacted Duncan Yeardley to organise a short term tenancy while I reassessed my options. From the initial viewing to signing the tenancy agreement, Pamela & Jessica finalised this in 6 working days! I have recently used Duncan Yeardly for the purchase of my flat.
