Duncan Yeardley has been really great at organising viewing for me for the properties that I have liked, a lot friendlier than other Estate Agents to deal with and a lot more responsive too! Definitely recommend!

There were some issues with the property I wanted that were completley out of thier control, but they made sure to keep me informed on what was going on throughout the whole process. Everyone I spoke to be it on the phone, in the office or at a veiwing were always very freindly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic Estate Agent to deal with. Fabulous photos taken which really showed off the property well, premium listings and lots of Facebook advertising. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff who were constantly keeping us informed every step of the way. Gina Overington is the lady who manages the progression of the sale, is absolutely amazing! She is on top of her game, managed every aspect from the offer to the exchange. The Senior Valuer, Callum White, arrived on time to carry out the valuation and was very clear and professional in explaining the process. Myself and my partner worked with Gina when we were buying our first home. Unfortunately, we had quite a tough time with our solicitors but Gina did a great job in going above and beyond to update us and manage our expectations. I think without Gina I would have gone mad!
