I was happy to use Duncan Yardley as my estate agent after hearing some great reviews about them. Some folk go above and beyond expectations and I was so thankful at how they handled everything. I was so impressed by them all, particularly Judy whose kindness, common sense and quick thinking, saved the day and made this experience far less stressful. I would definitely recommend them. I’ve recently rented a property with Duncan agency and I’m really glad I did. The whole process went smooth with a huge help from Vivien, who was always available for me. After viewing first property, the landlord went with another offer. Vivien quickly found another property in the same price range and expected standard. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012.
