The DY Crown Wood team were excellent when we purchased our home in the area. Thier professionalism, constant updates and people skills were key. No request was a problem or hassle, even getting accompanied access to measure up for the move which was vital with us moving down from Edinburgh. This review has a backdrop of dealing with various estate agents in the area previously and DY were head and shoulders above them in our opinion. Even after completion the personal delivery of flowers and card for us was a great touch. Special mention to Mandy and Callum who literally provided an end to end customer service. Highly recommended.

Being Autistic, change is something I massively dread but Jessica made the whole process super easy! I hate talking on the phone and Jessica made a conscious effort to talk to me by Whatsapp, which was greatly appreciated. From seeing the advert of the property online, to viewing the property, to applying and going through the process, it was effortless. The referencing and their system is flawless - its all online and paperless. We are super happy with the property and the aftercare from the estate agent, making sure we are happy.
