I have never experienced an estate agent like Duncan Yeardley. We purchased our house through them in 2019 and they were excellent, so we decided to sell with them in 2024. We had 2 offers at and above asking price before the property even went to market. After the sale fell through 4 weeks later (no fault of DY), we had re-sold within 24 hours and the chain was back up and running. I will never hesitate to recommend Judy, Anastasia and the rest of the Duncan Yeardley team who went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

Had a great experience with the Duncan yeardley team from the start. Liam and Lee were great for the valuation and got the whole process moving nice and smoothly, both great assets to the company! Also Judy was fantastic with the viewings and managed to get the house sold really quickly. With the current property market, we were very impressed with the service. Would recommend highly.

Vivian from Duncan and Yeardley has been so helpful in helping find me and my partner our first rented flat in Bracknell! We are new at renting and she has answered any question we have asked, no matter how silly. She even went out of her way to send us flats after the one we applied to didn’t get accepted.
