Impossible to get through, probably very understaffed. Also not willing to help at all, very poor manners and customer service in general. Not willing to do any property viewings, as they Jess can't asked. I will spend cash somewhere else.

After 6 years of using this agent I had to discontinue our working relationship after they placed one of their own employees in my property. As a tenant Miss D was the worst I have ever known in 30 years of being a landlord. They damaged the floor and the wardrobe doors, did not clean the property and then claimed they did not have to stick by the inventory as it was not compiled by a third paryt!!!! The owners decided to stand by their employee without any really comprehension of what had occurred. We got several apologies but nothing was even done and so I would never go near or recommend this agent again. Had to go through the deposit resolution service to claim damages. The DRS upheld every one of our claims. They also failed to find tenants for other properties on several occasions and I had to go to Romans who were able to let the properties within days. Tenants are far more likely to go with the more well known agents in Bracknell.

Utterly useless. Terrible communication skills. A different agent with each viewer. One turned up having locked her bag in another property. Another turned up 10 minutes late for a viewing (I was walking my dogs and saw). We had a very keen 2nd viewing who went away with lots of questions. These were never passed on to me and we never heard back from the people. Would not recommend.

Steer clear if you are tenant looking to rent, poor advice more interested in taking your money than helping you find a property. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole again!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

We are naturally disappointed that you chose to leave this review. As explained to you, due to unsatisfactory references we were unable to proceed with the tenancy and as permitted, your holding deposit was therefore retained to cover the time and costs incurred.

1 bedroom apartment to rent Kennedy House, Crown Row, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 - Viewed property to find on-line pictures are from months ago , the pictures are not accurate . Its full of damp . The agent knew had damp problems , which was evident on walls , Wasted time and money viewing the property. 😡

Redecoration and remedial will be carried out prior to new tenants moving in but we apologise if this wasn’t fully explained to you at the time.

No help at all. All for the landlord and not the tenant. Letting agents/departments need to remember they are working for both. A very bad experience.

Not impressed..calling after being told I have another Estate Agent looking after me I stated calls were bordering the line of Harassment. What part of ' No ' did they not get ??? Ps I said bordering Harassment that is not swearing..the staff did not get the message No thank you three time.. so dont lie please .

They are still charging disproportionate set-up fees, despite the fact that they will be illegal in just 5 days. Unbelievable attitude. Besides the fact that they didn't clarify what exactly was despicted under that huge nonsense £533 fee, they were not customer friendly at all. Not cost-effective whatsoever. These miserable people cannot be trusted.
