Duncan Yeardley are one of the more professional, ethical local estate agents in and around Bracknell. They conduct their business with extreme professionalism on all levels. They sold our property just under the asking price, and at no time did we have to reduce the original asking price in order to get a sale. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

We can only measure quality of someone's performance when encountered problems being solved. Looking overall performance of Letting Agents in the area this team does their job, probably this is why they have such a high rating. Unfortunately, we did not feel or see anyone going an extra mile for us. When we had issues to be solved, we needed to chase constantly and make a pressure from our side to make sure that the things will progress. Well, it is understandable, as we were leaving tenants. Probably if we were buyers of 3 000 000£ property the interest would be different.

Unfortunately not a good experience for us. We had our house on the market with DY for 14 weeks and didn’t get one offer. We then changed estate agents and SSTC within 6 days and had 3 offers on the table. We regret not going with our second choice of estate agents from the beginning as we wasted over 3 months with DY, as we were tied into a contract. Who knows what they were telling viewers as they had to ask us after over 8 weeks to confirm our parking situation. We also got told misleading feedback which wasn’t even for our house we found out in the end! They had no respect or care for our house, so if you’ve got a small 2 bed terraced, don’t bother. I believe they’re only interested in the big houses that make them more money. Luckily they didn’t get a penny out of us.

We are so sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the service provided when marketing your home for sale, and your feedback has been taken on board. Despite arranging several viewings, we were also very disappointed not to have been able to secure an offer for you. We are pleased however that you now have a buyer and wish you all the very best for the future.

The agent Jessica we worked with was nice and did her best but Duncan Yeardley uses a referencing company called Goodlord. This is the reason for the low score. The referencing company they use is incompetent and this reflects on Duncan Yeardley and any other agency that uses Goodlord. The referencing company Goodlord did not cooperate and even lied about a phone call they had with an employer, I witness that call but Goodlord said it never happened and therefore they are liars and cannot be trusted with private information. They also cost us the property we were working towards moving into. Because Duncan Yeardley uses this Goodlord referencing company and supports them, this mean that Duncan Yeardley works with dishonest companies and so I cannot trust the agents or the Landlords that work with them. We purposely avoid Duncan's Yeardley properties now and will not work with anyone who uses the same referencing company. What a nightmare.

Horrible customer service from vivian. Didn’t help at all. I explained my concern, she didn’t help, and also laughed about it. Very unprofessional, and disgusting attitude

Not an experience I would want to repeat. My son’s house sale was originally dealt with by Colin who was very professional and effective. Unfortunately he left and the service from then on was dire. Numerous agents were showing people around the house, most of which clearly didn’t know the property which was evident from the video doorbell - they couldn’t answer very basic questions from prospective buyers. When a sale was agreed Callum was nothing but pushy and demanding, constantly insinuating that the sale would fall through if certain things weren’t done when he clicked his fingers. It was a complicated situation and his attitude made the process far more stressful than it should’ve been, he only seemed interested in a swift conclusion to get his commission.

Established in 1987, we are Bracknell’s most established estate agent helping homeowners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the Ascot and Bracknell areas. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012. Never standing still, we soon expanded to provide a full suite of letting services too with Helen, Nick’s sister, and Charlotte, Nick’s wife at the helm. A real family affair! From a team of just two, the company has grown significantly in recent years to boast a superb team of local property experts. And, we’re not stopping there. In 2021 we expanded and now have an office in Ascot to help even more people with their home moves. We can strongly say our foundation for being local experts is solid. We’re local residents who play an active part in the community and our children go to local schools. Several long-standing team members have been part of our story for many years and we always encourage progression, development and training so our people are the best they can be. With our great culture and work ethic, we always put our customers at the heart of what we do. We’re lucky to have people who are genuinely passionate about property, and we’re often complimented for going the extra mile. We hope to do that for you too!
