Very unprofessional

They are dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable, please do not get in touch with them. I had to leave my flat before the end of the tenancy, 2 months notice and they said that everything was fine until a new tenant moves in. In 2 months no one visits the flat, no one. The flat was near Bournemouth city centre. When I gave the keys and even by email the agent Luke said that all was fine and the deposit will be released in a few days but it was just a big lie. Very very unprofessional. Choose another agency, this is awful.
