Very good service by Newton fallowell

We have bought and sold through Newton Fallowell and my son has also bought through them. They were extremely pro active in trying the sell our property and did so very quickly, the team at the Bourne Office were always very helpful, and polite. We had a few issue with one of our houses which took longer to sell but they tried every which way to make the sale go through and eventually made it happen, with thanks to Nikki and her tenacity! My son was thrilled to receive a card and a gift on completion of his property, just a minor but we did not receive anything, so maybe just first time buyers then! Overall I would recommend Newton Fallowell to any future customer, they work extremely hard to make this quite stressful, process as easy as possible , well done

A Letting Agent who Gets it Done

I have been using NF in Bourne as a letting agent for a couple of years. Last year the agency was taken over by Jason who also covers Stamford and Oakham. Prior to the takeover I had always received a top class service managing the properties that I let through the agency. I am pleased to say that the level of service has continued. Good tenants are found. Rent is paid on time and if not problems are dealt with promptly. Inspections of my properties are done regularly and photographs are sent so you are aware of the condition of your investment. If any works need doing they are on to it using local trades people who are reasonably priced. Above all I would like to say a special thank you to Lorna who works out of the Bourne office, she is brilliant and a real credit to NF.

Excellent service questions always answered and any problems sorted

We dealt with Lorna she dealt with everything we can't fault newton fallowell bourne. They found a tenant fairly quickly and was a smooth letting very pleased with all there help

House rental

Great Communication

I found my experience of selling a property with Newton Fallowell Bourne to be very positive, They communicated well at all times -every viewing was confirmed in writing, feedback was delivered after all viewings and all offers were communicated verbally first and then confirmed in writing whether accepted or not. All of the staff members that I dealt with were helpful, polite, positive and proactive too and they also set a realistic and achievable price for the property -thus ensuring that it sold in a timescale that I wanted rather than setting an unrealistic price and sitting on the market for months. I would happily recommend them to anyone - by far the best agent I have dealt with.

A Star service

We have recently purchased a house via Newton and Fallowell in Bourne and from start to finish they have been fantastic. We needed to find an older style house and they took that onboard and helped us get what we needed. We needed the sale to proceed as quickly as possible and they helped to make sure that happened. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all calls and emails were dealt with immediately. The entire team are all extremely polite and friendly. We cannot recommend them highly enough and we will be using them agin next time we buy or sell a property. .
