Service is outstanding!
First time using Newton Fallowell. Great service. Always updating with the laters news of the bu I was buying. They rang even if it was just to say they were chasing the relevant solicitor! Also I must say all the staff were very helpful. I must mention Richard Marfe. Richard went above and beyond to keep me informed. Also to keep the chain moving! Richard was brilliant for a lad of such a young age. Richard deserves a pay rise! Thanking them for all their help. Very satisfied customer. Mary Power

Sale of property
Excellent service, highly recommended this company Delt with marketing of our property with ease provided us with advice on selling the house They had viewers lined up before the house went on the market , they knew the area with there friendly professional approach we achieved our sale Would use this company again and recommend to anyone

An Estate Agent Getting it right!
Newton Fallowell Bourne Team are an example of an estate agent doing everything right. I have had an above average amount of experience of estate agency over the years due to the jobs I've had and an over enthusiasm for regular moves. Most of the times I've been disappointed by estate agents. Not NF Bourne, from the second Phil walked through my door to completion day I can honestly say I can find no fault in anything they did. I felt like they cared about my sale, I never had to chase them (Richard chased me a lot of the time which kept me on my toes) and I always felt Chris and Claire the owners were over seeing it all. I felt like a valued customer. It wasn't an easy sale either, it was an ex matrimonial sale with my buyers having a forces help to buy. So if you want a team who are getting everything right and are on your side as the vendor then pick NF Bourne. I can't see how anyone could find any fault. :-)

Purchase
This was the most stressful move we have had however Newton Fallowell did their upmost to ensure that things went well. We finally completed and cannot thank them enough for their help.

Good estate agent helpful and easy to get hold of
